Real Estate Attorney
Kimberly A. Salerno is an experienced real estate attorney who has been handling real estate transactions in the Capital District and surrounding counties for 15+ years. Kim focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate and represents sellers, purchasers, builders, and many local lenders. Kim is also a licensed agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company, which complements her real estate practice. As an agent, Kim can provide a more efficient and seamless transaction for her clients.
She prides herself on the personal relationships she develops with her clients while guiding them from the initial contract review through closing. Kim is passionate about what she does and treats each client with both a personal and supportive approach. Kim recognizes that purchasing or selling a home can be an extremely stressful time, and her client-based approach to real estate law leads to a successful and stress-free transaction for her clients.
Kim graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in 2001. She currently resides in Ballston Lake with her husband, Erik, and son, Samuel. In her free time, Kim enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling.

Jordana Muldoon is originally from Long Island, where she was a competitive equestrian for 20 years and proudly showed all over the Tri-State area. She and her husband relocated to the Ballston Lake area 14 years ago, where they currently reside with their two children. Before relocating to the Ballston Lake area, she worked as a real estate paralegal on Long Island and has now been with Salerno Law, PC for 10 years as a real estate paralegal. In her spare time, Jordana enjoys spending time with her family, two rescue dogs, and their annual family beach vacation to Maine.
Sheila Taylor is originally from Texas. She and her husband settled in Queensbury to be closer to family, where they raised their two daughters. Currently, she and her husband of 36 years reside in Saratoga Springs.
She has been in the housing industry for 17 years in various capacities and has been with Salerno Law for 6 years.
Sheila enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.
Priscilla Thompson has worked as a paralegal for seven years, initially in Workers' Compensation and for the last two years for Salerno Law, PC. While here with Kim, Jordana, and Sheila, Priscilla has found that she absolutely loves working in real estate! Before becoming a paralegal, she was a stay-at-home mom to her three children for six years, and prior to that worked in insurance and hotel management.
She is a native New Yorker, growing up in Morris, a small town near Oneonta, and going to college at Niagara University. During college, Priscilla spent a summer session in Switzerland and interned at Walt Disney World. After graduating, she moved to Myrtle Beach and then to the Philadelphia area for work. Finally settling in Clifton Park be closer to family.
In her spare time, Priscilla is the head chauffeur for her two younger children. Her oldest has flown the coop and is attending RIT. When left to her own devices, she is a bit of a homebody, enjoying reading, binge-watching Netflix, and crafting.
